Data Center: Add 3 report metrics
To provide better data experience, we add more metrics in Data Center.
- CSAT score:Latest score of conversation, from 1 to 5, assessed by Customer
- CSAT timestamp:Latest timestamp of giving CSAT score
- Assign timestamp:Time when this assignee was assigned to
Seen / Unseen status on Agent side
Agents can know if players already read the message or not based on Seen/Unseen status.
Custom Authentication v2.0
For players already login the website, when they start a new conversation, system would integrate with DI to show player information in HelpDesk
