CX Genie Version 2.10: Enhancing Bot Knowledge
Mar 31 2024
New feature
BOT
Greeting with Image
Now, you have the option to create a welcoming message along with an image in the Settings of Bot.
Language Detection
The bot will automatically detect the language of the user's inquiry and respond in the same language. However, you can also set a default language for the bot's responses. Go to Settings → choose the language under "Reply language"
Knowledge Extraction
Now, when you provide the bot with any information such as articles, FAQs, documents, or URLs to learn from, it automatically reads and comprehends the entire content. After that, the bot organizes this information into questions and answers. This helps you see what the bot has learned. You can also adjust the questions and answers to ensure the bot correctly grasps the information.
Learning from Conversations
Your support team can now suggest valuable content from conversations for the bot to learn, enhancing its performance. To enable this feature, go to Settings and turn on the "Allow user feed data from conversations" option.
- You can choose who on your team can suggest content. For instance, you might want to limit this feature to more experienced members.
- Once a conversation in live chat is closed or a ticket is closed/solved, the conversation's data will be automatically extracted into Q&A format.
- The extracted content will be immediately added to the "Knowledge Base" for bot learning, or it will be placed in "Content Suggestions" for your review before bot learning.
Unanswered Questions
All customer inquiries that the bot cannot answer will be gathered in the 'Unanswered Questions' section. This allows you to easily identify which information needs to be added and quickly proceed with the necessary updates.
MESSAGE FLOW
We're excited to announce that you can now set up message flow not only with text but also with image messages. This opens up many new opportunities to interact with users in a more creative way.
