Users can now access a comprehensive guide on configuring the bot more easily by clicking on the floating button located at the bottom right corner of the screen. This floating button will open up a detailed walkthrough to assist users in completing bot settings quickly and effortlessly.
Bot
Now when you turn on/off Auto-reply in the bot's Settings, all conversations in Live chat and Tickets that existed in the past and will occur in the future will have auto reply turned on/off.
Additionally, you have the flexibility to individually toggle Auto Reply for each conversation.
Live chat
Easily identify new messages
You no longer have to worry about missing new messages from customers. Conversations with unread messages will now be indicated by a bold dark green dot and displayed in bold
Enhanced search functionality
Implemented the ability to search for specific content within conversations with customers. This facilitates easy retrieval of necessary information within the conversation without the need to scroll through the entire chat.

Full Message Flow Functionality
Users can now leverage the full functionality of Message Flow when integrating CX Genie with the mobile app
Default Message Flow
You can now set a default Message Flow for the bot. When a new conversation is created on your mobile app, this message flow will be displayed first.
Video Rendering in Chat
CX Genie now supports the seamless playback of videos directly within your chat conversations on the mobile app.
Bug Fixes:
- Synchronized message issue from Facebook page resolved.
- Clicking on notifications now properly directs to the relevant page instead of displaying a 404 error.
- Fixed the problem where data uploaded during bot onboarding (FAQs, URLs, Articles) wasn't reflected in the bot's knowledge base after successful bot creation.
- Fixed live chat crash when clicking on a conversation from Facebook.
- Fixed issue of attaching

tags when quoting messages from message flow.
