CX Genie Version 3.0: Enhanced Bot Interface and Features

Exciting News! We've just released a new update for CX Genie, packed with improvements and bug fixes to make your experience smoother. Here's a quick overview of what's included in this release:

Improvements

BOT

Duplicate data handling
To avoid training the bot with duplicate data, which can cause inaccurate understanding, we've made it so that if you add new data with a title similar to existing data, it will be flagged as "overlapped". Review and adjust the data to remove duplicates before importing. 

If newly extracted data matches previous content, it'll also be labeled "overlapped"

Customizing Bot's response settings for unknown queries

Now, you can configure the bot's response settings for unknown queries within the bot's settings:

  • Create a predefined response for unknown queries. 
  • Enable AI to generate responses for unknown queries to prevent repetitive replies.
  • Set the bot to stop replying.

Easier learning from chats

We've upgraded the interface for learning from conversations to make it more user-friendly. Now, simply press "Learn this conversation" to have the bot learn from the current conversation

Platform integration

Now you can easily integrate your bot into platforms like Shopify, Wordpress, BigCommerce, Magento, and Discord from the "Launch Bot" section.

Persistent button display

When activating a message flow with buttons, the buttons will now remain visible on the interface even after the user has made a selection. This allows users to easily revisit and choose a different button without repeating the entire process.

Bot member feature

Introducing the Bot member feature! Now, you can add members to specific bots, granting them access to manage and oversee the bot's data. Bot members have the following privileges:

  • Train data for the bot.
  • Manage the bot's knowledge base.
  • Create message flows for the bot.
  • Manage the bot's user list.
  • Manage conversations in Live chat.

TICKET

Automated ticket prioritization

Tickets are now automatically sorted with “Open” tickets at the top when users access the Ticket list, ensuring that urgent and pending tickets receive immediate attention.

FB INTEGRATION

24-hour messaging policy notification

Now, when you attempt to send a message to a customer who has not responded within 24 hours, you will receive a notification

Persistent Like button

The Like button is now consistently displayed outside of messages instead of only appearing on the last message. Customers can long-press on messages to reveal the Dislike button. In the web chat interface, hovering over messages will display the Dislike option.

ON BOARDING

Input limitation notifications

Clear notifications have been added to inform users about input limitations for documents, URLs, and articles during the onboarding process.

Direct workspace access

Upon successful login, users will now be directly taken to the selected workspace, eliminating the need for an additional "Access this workspace" step.

Table data handling (MySQL/PostgreSQL Supported)

CX Genie's AI capabilities have been enhanced to handle table data from MySQL and PostgreSQL databases. Bots can now effectively understand and extract information from tabular data, enabling more precise and insightful responses.

To train data from the database, go to Training data -> Table data -> select Add database and follow the instructions.

After successfully adding a database to your bot, you'll need to describe to the bot what each table contains and what the columns in each table mean. The more detailed your descriptions, the better the bot will understand the content you're providing from the table.

BUG FIXES

  • Addressed system slowness.
  • Fixed the issue of adding a page and then deleting the workspace without deleting the page preventing adding the page to another workspace.
  • The problem with importing data and the bot not responding to imported queries has been resolved
  • The issue where data extraction was inaccurate when the same customer chatted with two agents in the same live chat session has been fixed
  • Conversations from other workspaces are now correctly displayed when clicked from notifications.
  • The issue with Bot Suggestions not providing sufficient information has been fixed.
