Data Center 數據中心: 新增 3 個報表數值

本次版本更新中,Data Center數據中心新增 3 個報表數值。

  1. CSAT score 客戶滿意度評分:本次對話中,客戶給予的滿意度評分結果,透過 1 – 5 分呈現。
  2. CSAT timestamp 最新滿意度評分時間:本次對話中,最新的客戶滿意度評分時間。
  3. Assign timestamp 客服指派時間:本次對話中,對話被指派給客服人員的時間。

[客服端] 已讀 / 未讀訊息狀態

客服人員可從HelpDesk中訊息的已讀/未讀狀態,判斷客戶是否已經收到客服回應的訊息。

網站已登入會員資料同步

1. 如客戶在進入客服系統當下,已登入網站的會員,系統將自動同步會員的最新資料並呈現在HelpDesk中。

2. 對於重要資料(Email / 電話)做安全性遮蔽,僅有Owner / Admin 等管理者角色才能查看。
